Order Photos

Online Orders

To place an Online order, please click above and follow the prompts. Here are a couple of tips to help through the process:

If you have your individual access key: Open the online order form,  enter the key and open. You will notice your child's name in the top left corner confirming who the order is for. Choose the package you would like to purchase by adding to cart.  If you have more than one child, select "Order for Another" in the top right of the form and then enter the access key for that child. Proceed to checkout when all orders have been placed.

If you have entered your Personal Access key DO NOT select your club or school from the drop down list.

If you don't have your Individual access key: Open the online order form, click on "Search" and select the correct club or school from the available list and then click "Open". After choosing your package, add to cart and proceed to checkout where you will be asked to enter your contact details.

If your Club or School is not listed: If your club is not listed, it will mean the club/ schools photos have been ordered from the printer. Late Orders can still be placed, however, you will need your access code to place online. Alternatively, just give Janeane a call on 0409 610 566 and we can take your order over the phone.

Paper Order Forms

For those that still like to order the old fashioned way Order Forms can be downloaded and printed by clicking on the image above.

Each child will need to have their own form. Please write your childs Individual Access key onto the form if you have it (check your emails for your childs code which are sent out by our team approx 1 - 2 weeks prior to photo day).

If you don't have it, that's OK to, just make sure to complete your child's name and team/ class details as well as your contact details.

Late Orders

Photo's are completed and you missed out getting your order in? Don't stress, we take individual photos of each and every Student/ Athlete for this very reason!  

The best news is we don't charge any late fees for orders placed after photo day. However, if photos have already been delivered to the school/ club you will have to pay a flat fee of $10.00 which covers finding your photos, individual printing costs and postage fees.
